Job summary

Metric DCX seeks an Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on a hyperscale data center project in Philadelphia. You will oversee onsite crews, coordinate subs, and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery of mission-critical electrical systems from mobilization through turnover.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical construction with superintendent-level leadership and 5+ years in data center or mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction with superintendent-level leadership.
• 5+ years of Data Center or mission-critical project experience.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and grounding.
• Willingness to travel full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of large-scale data center electrical construction.
• Manage daily field operations, work sequencing, manpower, and productivity.
• Enforce strict safety standards, quality control, and compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Drive schedule adherence and support milestone delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, and constructability with project leadership.
• Support commissioning, testing, and turnover activities.
• Mentor foremen and field crews to build strong project teams.
