Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year, data center-focused project located in Indianapolis. The role leads electrical construction, planning, testing, and maintenance for hyperscale facilities, managing a union workforce and coordinating with engineers and site teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent, proven budget management for $500M+ projects, and strong leadership in mission-critical environments within the construction

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred, EV/Pharma acceptable.
• Strong site coordination and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of electrical construction: design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure work complies with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians, ensuring quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical aspects to ensure robust electrical systems.
• Work on hyperscale projects with large-scale electrical needs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
