The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical construction, with HVAC and piping expertise, and experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple stakeholders across large facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, or process infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of large-scale data center mechanical construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure.
• Provide leadership throughout preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
• Drive safety, quality control, cost management, and schedule performance.
• Review mechanical designs, drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
