Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center deliveries from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring safety, schedule and budget compliance.

You will manage large-scale hyperscale facilities, collaborate with owners, designers and trade partners, and drive quality and operational readiness on a national portfolio.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage project teams, commercial and technical risk, and ensure safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners to meet high standards of quality.
