Job summary

Metric DCX is looking for a Senior Field Leader to own and drive full-lifecycle commissioning on hyperscale data center projects (100MW+). You will coordinate testing, lead stakeholder meetings, and ensure quality compliance throughout the commissioning process.

Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience and a strong mechanical and electrical systems background. This role emphasizes maintaining a zero-incident site culture and entails substantial leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commissioning on hyperscale data center projects.
• Current Superintendent with experience in large-scale commissioning programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commissioning phases including testing and startup.
• Drive planning with trade partners and maintain schedule integrity.
• Conduct quality inspections and verify compliance with drawings.
