Job summary

Metric DCX in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive safety, schedule, and budget, and coordinate complex MEP systems and critical power infrastructure.

This role offers exposure to hyperscale and mission-critical facilities, working with owners, designers, and trade partners on some of the industry’s most technically demanding

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical construction experience required.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners to achieve project milestones.
