Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities, from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

You will guide project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality across large-scale data center programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• Data center experience with mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading large construction projects as a PM.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subs.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage commercial and technical risk; ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners for quality outcomes.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover and early operational readiness.
