Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Director to lead large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure programs nationwide. You will oversee safety, client satisfaction, and financial performance while aligning field operations and executive stakeholders.

You will mentor project leadership, manage staffing and procurement, and drive commercial success across multiple projects, travel up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience on large-scale programs.
• Strong client-facing experience and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for hyperscale data center projects from pursuit to turnover.
• Lead Project Managers and Project Controls teams across multiple major projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive profitability through contract administration, forecasting, and risk management.
• Support strategic growth, proposals, and customer engagement initiatives.
