Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

This on-site role requires leadership across planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management to deliver complex facilities safely, on time, and within budget. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of construction PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, OSHA 10/30 certification, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from concept through completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to achieve objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers, and clients.
