Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an Owners Rep Construction Manager for a major data center project in Denver, CO. The role focuses on delivering on-site construction management, coordinating MEP activities, and representing the owner with contractors and stakeholders throughout delivery and turnover.

You will work closely with clients, general contractors, and trade partners to ensure milestones are met, quality is maintained, and project risks are managed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center construction experience.
• Strong MEP construction background with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Owner's Rep, GC, MEP Contractor, or mission-critical firms.
• Ability to work directly with contractors and client-side stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction management and owner's representation throughout project delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate MEP construction activities with emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electrical and mechanical trade partners, commissioning teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Identify construction risks and coordination issues and drive resolution.
• Support equipment installation, system integration, commissioning, and turnover activities.
