Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget results.

The role requires 7–15+ years in data center PM, experience with $20M–$500M+ projects, and strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7–15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3–5+ years managing mission-critical or data center projects.
• Experience with projects valued at $20M–$500M+.
• Strong knowledge of data center design, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project; BIM skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage data center construction from pre-construction to turnover.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks; lead meetings and report status.
• Manage contractor procurement and contracts; negotiate change orders.
• Oversee installation of critical facility systems (electrical, UPS, generators, cooling, BMS, fire protection, security).
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and quality control.
• Ensure projects meet codes and specifications; manage risks and issues.
