Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Campus Construction Manager to lead construction execution for its hyperscale data center fleet, including greenfield, retrofit, and live-environment upgrades. You will guide a team and coordinate with Safety, QAQC, and Project Controls to ensure predictable outcomes and strong financial stewardship.

The role emphasizes delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget, applying lessons learned, and expanding partnerships within the DEC organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional construction and project planning experience on complex, mission critical projects.
• Experience in large-scale construction management with high annual spend.
• Experience with multiple contract delivery methodologies and commercial terms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams and manage safety and QAQC partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction execution at high-scale data center sites and manage direct reports.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships for project success.
