Job summary

SB Energy seeks a Project Director to lead the delivery of hyperscale datacenter campuses (1GW-8GW+), coordinating development, design, construction and operations across internal teams, GC partners, utilities and customers. You’ll drive schedule, cost, safety and quality outcomes while fostering ownership and continuous improvement.

You will mentor high-performing teams, lead site development planning, and ensure phased delivery with enabling infrastructure to support future expansion,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in data center/construction projects preferred.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.
