Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in California seeks a Principal Account Manager focused on hyperscale customers to lead strategic engagement and revenue growth for ADI’s power management and power semiconductor solutions.

You will align customer needs with our digital power controllers, POL regulators, and GaN/Si power stages within next‑gen server and AI deployments. You will develop account plans, forecast revenue, and collaborate with CSPs, ODMs, and system architects to deliver scalable power solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical sales, business development, or strategic account management experience in semiconductors, with emphasis on power management.
• Proven track record working with top‑tier CSPs, ODMs, Platform Partners or Networking
• Strong knowledge of power topologies, server power architectures (48V, 12V, CRPS), and advanced packaging trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline; Master’s degree or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for GPU/CPU Platform Solutions supporting Cloud Service Providers from roadmap alignment to design‑in and revenue ramp.
• Drive adoption of ADI’s power management portfolio, including digital power controllers, regulator stacks, hot‑swap & eFuse ICs.
• Work cross‑functionally with ADI’s Power BU and System Architects to deliver customized power solutions for high‑density compute environments.
• Develop and execute detailed account plans, forecast revenue and design wins, and identify emerging business opportunities.
