Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior Director to lead the global Product Marketing and Applications Engineering organization for Data Center Power Delivery.

You will connect market insight with semiconductor and system-level power expertise, shaping product strategy and driving customer-focused execution for high-density AI data centers. Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years in power management, semiconductor applications, product management, product definition, or technical product marketing, including global leadership of managers and senior technical talent.
• Deep knowledge of high-current, high-density conversion for data center, AI accelerator, server, or networking systems, including xPU core power, smart power stages, point-of-load converters, modules, and intermediate-bus solutions.
• Proven track record defining products, launching semiconductors, executing complex customer programs, and delivering design-win, revenue, margin, or market-share growth.
• Strong business acumen with cross-functional influence, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in power electronics or an MBA.
• Working knowledge of advanced packaging, integrated magnetics, vertical power delivery, thermal-mechanical co-design, and wide-bandgap technologies, with strong command of system trade-offs and total cost of ownership.
• Established credibility with hyperscalers, processor and accelerator vendors, OEMs, and ODMs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own portfolio strategy and business performance for Data Center Power Delivery.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide design trades and ensure validation, reference designs, models, and tools are ready for customer adoption.
• Lead system architecture collaboration with customers and R&D to translate performance and density needs into product requirements.
• Define target segments, pricing, launch objectives, and channel readiness for new products.
• Lead senior customer and partner reviews and drive design-win opportunities to production revenue.
• Develop and lead a global team across Product Applications Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Application Engineers.
