Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems. The role involves patient education, daily treatment documentation, and maintaining rigorous safety standards in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will collaborate with program leadership, facility management, and medical staff to ensure compliant, high-quality wound care in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Two+ years experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset with knowledge of HBO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hyperbaric chamber and related systems.
• Educate and orient patients about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Document daily treatments and clinic visits with accurate records.
• Ensure safety of patients and staff during sessions and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with program director on upgrades, maintenance and safety procedures.
• Maintain NFPA 99 compliance and develop department safety policies.
