Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, guide them through services, and help with bookings in our Chicago area location.

You’ll onboard new clients, explain health benefits, and promote memberships while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Weekend availability and strong communication are valued as you represent the Restore brand and its wellness lifestyle.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability to support store operations.
• Pursuing a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Assist clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and handle booking/scheduling/cancellations.
• Onboard new clients, complete medical waivers, and create profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including benefits and at-home care.
