Palo Alto Software in Eugene, OR, is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own our email strategy for LivePlan. You will design, execute, and optimize personalized campaigns and automation workflows to convert prospects into customers and nurture leads throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, a strong writer, and proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRMs. Hybrid role with remote options within Oregon.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in technical email marketing and automation.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech/e-commerce environment.
• Strong conversion-focused copywriting portfolio.
• Proficiency with major marketing automation platforms, esp. HubSpot; Salesforce/Klaviyo helpful.
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze campaign results and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage sophisticated email campaigns and automated nurture sequences in HubSpot.
• Write clear, persuasive email copy and subject lines to drive actions.
• Optimize deliverability, testing, and send times to improve metrics.
• Segment audiences for personalized email communications.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, design, services, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer experience.
