Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot classroom tech before class to ensure a smooth start.
• Monitor and address technical issues during live Hyflex sessions to minimize disruption.
• Support remote students to participate in real-time discussions.
• Facilitate class activities and ensure recordings are uploaded to Blackboard.
• Provide general support as needed to faculty and students.
