Job summary

Qualifications

• Current student at MID-AMERICA NAZARENE UNIVERSITY (MNU), preferred IT focus.
• Basic knowledge of classroom AV equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Zoom/Teams and LMS platforms (Canvas/Blackboard) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time troubleshooting for HyFlex classroom tech (AV, video conferencing, LMS access).
• Assist faculty and students with setup and operation of classroom technology for in-person and remote participants.
• Monitor classroom tech during live sessions and address issues promptly.
• Support students joining via HyFlex and help manage transitions between modes.
• Coordinate with IT team to report recurring issues and assist in procedures.
