Job summary

Superior Hydrovac is seeking a detail-oriented Supervisor to manage hydro excavation operations, coordinating with utility owners, General Contractors, and customers through all project phases. You will handle documentation, schedules, and client relations to uphold our safety standards and corporate values.

The role requires 3–5 years in the underground utility field, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or desired.
• 3–5 years in the Underground Utility Industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations of the departments under supervision.
• Optimize and manage work hours of employees and assets.
• Ensure safety, quality, training, and standards are met for the company and clients.
• Perform weekly field audits on each crew and inspections of equipment daily.
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain organized records.
• Develop leadership and maintain a motivated, multi-functional workforce.
• Ensure fleet policies are followed and vehicle utilization is optimized.
• Order and track materials and supplies needed for daily tasks.
• Maintain organized yard/material storage areas.
