Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Technical Training Manager in the Chicago area to develop and deliver hydronic heating product training for contractors, distributors, engineers, and sales teams. You will support product introductions, field engagement, and training program development to strengthen customer competency and product adoption.

The role requires translating complex technical concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences, providing field technical support, and collaborating

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years in hydronics/HVAC, boiler or related mechanical equipment industry.
Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience with boiler installations and electrical applications.
Strong public speaking and training delivery skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver advanced technical training for contractors, distributors, engineers, and sales personnel.
Facilitate training events including classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions.
Provide field technical support and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
