  • Design and develop technical training content, modules, presentations, demonstrations, and supporting materials for the Weil‑McLain School of Better Heating and other customer and employee training programs.
  • Facilitate School of Better Heating programs and other regional or national technical training events.
  • Provide professional technical guidance and support during customer and contractor training meetings.
  • Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions with sales team members in preparation for new product meetings, distributor training, contractor education, and other customer‑facing activities.
  • Train new sales employees to strengthen product knowledge and their ability to provide effective sales, service, application, and technical support.
  • Assess field knowledge and identify individual or organizational training needs, recommending appropriate education and development solutions.
  • Continuously strengthen technical training content based on product developments, field experience, recurring technical questions, and customer needs.
  • Field Technical Support & Product Expertise
  • Serve as a technical hydronics resource to Regional and Territory Sales Managers, distributors, contractors, engineers, and other field personnel.
  • Provide field technical support for new products, revisions to existing products, and complex product or application issues.
