Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a related trade preferred.
• 2-4 years of field or related experience.
• Ability to articulate problems to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical training programs on Navien products, installation, troubleshooting and service.
• Develop objectives and modify training programs with outlines, handouts, tests, and lab exercises.
• Lecture on safety, installation, programming, maintenance and repair.
• Maintain familiarity with hydronics and standard water heating concepts.
• Travel to trade shows or other training locations up to 20%.
• Coordinate with regional sales and support during trainings.
