Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks a Technical Training Manager to develop and deliver high-quality hydronic heating product training for contractors, distributors, engineers, and sales professionals. You will support Regional Sales Managers and serve as a technical resource for new product introductions and field issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in hydronics/HVAC field or related training roles.
• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and classroom/field instruction.
• Experience translating complex tech to practical training for contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based hydronics training to contractors, distributors, engineers, and sales staff.
• Develop and deliver multi-format technical training (instructor-led, virtual, hands-on).
• Support new product introductions and field technical support for Weil-McLain products.
