Job summary

Rinnai is seeking a technically skilled appliance repair support professional in Peachtree City, GA to provide telephone support for service, installation, and troubleshooting of Rinnai products.

You will document failure analyses, liaise with Sales, Engineering and Service teams, complete detailed work orders, and help maintain tools while supporting changing business demands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven and demonstrated technical appliance repair experience.
• Background in electronics, plumbing systems, hydronics and/or boiler systems is a plus.
• Familiar with schematics and/or ladder diagrams.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business and customer support needs.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and/or on‑call shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support for service, installation, and troubleshooting procedures for all Rinnai products.
• Ensure identification, documentation, and resolution of quality/performance issues.
• Support repair and/or failure analysis of products returned to Rinnai.
• Follow through with repairs, rework, rebuilding, and/or maintenance on returned products.
• Document failure-analysis results.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Service staff regarding product features, specifications, and quality-control standards.
• Gather and document information on potential quality/performance issues with Field Sales/Service organizations and Engineering.
• Provide input and suggestions on possible corrective actions.
• Complete detailed records of work orders, quality-control reports, failure analyses, RGAs, credits, returns, and shipping requests.
• Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and property.
• Support growing business demands in a changing environment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
