Job summary

Custom Mechanical Solutions Inc. is seeking a Commercial Hydronics Account Executive in Bellevue, WA. This outside sales role focuses on selling commercial and industrial hydronics equipment to contractors, engineers, architects, owners and consultants.

You will build and manage long-term relationships with customers and manufacturer partners. The position emphasizes technical credibility, bid development, and cost/benefit analysis while promoting CMS’s hydronics products and staying current

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of account management and leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical & plumbing contracting, engineering or construction industry required.
• Strong communication, initiative and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop credibility and trust with contractors, engineers, architects, owners and consultants.
• Determine project needs and design/installation requirements for hydronics systems.
• Write, present and negotiate bids, close sales and secure long-term relationships.
• Promote CMS hydronics line, stay updated on pricing and product availability.
• Travel to manufacturer locations for training, client visits and inspections.
