Custom Mechanical Solutions in Portland, OR is seeking a Commercial Hydronics Account Executive to lead outside sales of commercial and industrial hydronics equipment to contractors, engineers, architects, owners, and consultants. You will build and manage long-term relationships with your customers and our manufacturer partners.

This role offers a 100% commission plan with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of account management and leadership experience.
• HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience.
• Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications and influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty and trust.
• Determines project needs to meet Hydronics design and installation requirements.
• Writes, presents, negotiates bids, and closes sales.
• Influences system design and provides high-quality bids and cost analyses.
• Manages multiple projects selling HVAC equipment, service and systems.
• Builds relationships with customers and manufacturers; understands their business.
• Keeps CMS team informed and uses CRM systems effectively.
