Custom Mechanical Solutions in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Commercial Hydronics Account Executive to drive the sale of hydronics equipment and systems to contractors, engineers, architects, owners, and consultants. You will build lasting relationships and deliver credible bids.

This 100% commission role includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options; travel to CMS manufacturer locations as needed; and opportunities to grow with a fast-growing HVAC-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years account management and leadership experience.
• HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing contracting industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term hydronics solutions for contractors and engineers.
• Write bids, proposals, and cost analyses; negotiate value.
• Grow customer base and maintain manufacturer partnerships.
• Travel to client sites and CMS locations as required.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM systems and collaborate with CMS team.
