Job summary

Famous Supply seeks a Hydronic Product Specialist to lead sales and support for hydronic offerings, including contractor engagement, training, and site visits. The role emphasizes design support, quotations, and identifying hydronic customers and targets.

Under the Director of Hydronics, you will contribute to marketing and product recommendations, provide technical sales support for system design and troubleshooting, and share knowledge through branch training and performance optimization

Qualifications

Requires completion of an approved HVAC/R vocational curriculum and at least 3 years in the industry.
Proven track record of partnering with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Assist in hydronic market development through customer identification, sales support, customer training and development, and sales team development.
Support Sales team and customers in system design, application, proposal generation, and presentations.
Field technical sales support by site walk-through, system analysis, application analysis, performance recommendations to meet customers’ requirements.
