Job summary

Mesa Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (office or hybrid) to lead projects in water resources, hydrology and hydraulics modeling, and electric utilities interfaces. You will supervise project engineers, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure schedule and budget alignment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, 6+ years in H&H, and an understanding of PMI OPM concepts; a PE is preferred. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and project management.
• PE license preferred; willing to pursue safety and process standards.

Responsibilities

• Will manage and coordinate multiple project efforts programmatically.
• Maintain vision and direction toward larger program goals.
• Proactively communicate Mesa capabilities to new/existing customers.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and engineers to formulate projects.
• Maintain relationships and meet with key clients to discuss projects.
• Provide leadership support to optimize project selection and execution.
