Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager to lead small EPC/Service water/wastewater projects. You will manage scope, risk, cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction, staffing the project and directing multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of PM experience; PE license preferred. Hybrid work arrangements may be offered after onboarding, with a focus on delivering multi-million-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience in water/wastewater preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and develop strategy for opportunities.
• Oversee project performance, budgeting, scheduling, and quality.
• Staff management, mentoring, and recruitment decisions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and startup teams.
• Ensure safety, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
