Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Manager, Process Engineering to lead the design, development, and improvement of hydrogen generation, compression, storage, and distribution systems across locations.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and leadership with experience in hazard analysis, P&IDs, and cross-functional coordination across US, Netherlands, and India teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant system or process engineering experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Experience with process development including P&IDs, PFDs, material and energy balances, process simulations, and risk assessments.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of all Plug Power products’ designs and applicable codes & standards.
• Own quality and documentation of engineering work products including P&IDs, controls strategies, HAZOPs, FAT procedures, and manuals.
• Hire and develop a direct team, providing direction and accountability to maximize performance.
• Lead interdisciplinary project execution from requirements to verification testing to meet Quality, Cost and Performance metrics.
