Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist to service hydrogen infrastructure, electrolyzers, and stationary equipment at customer sites. This role involves heavy travel (up to 100%) and on-call responsiveness to keep hydrogen production running around the clock.

You will diagnose and repair systems, train customers and staff, interpret drawings and P&IDs, and document results. A strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus are required.

Qualificações

• Three (3) or more years of experience in construction, repair, or maintenance in an electrical, industrial, or mechanical field.
• Associates degree or vocational degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems or other applicable field preferred; or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to travel up to 100% as needed to perform duties of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites to perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing and commissioning of Plug Power products.
• Lead high-level service repair projects on existing hydrogen infrastructure and related systems.
• Provide training to first responders, customers and other service personnel on troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Interpret electrical schematics, test functionality, and perform pressure tests per standards.
• Document results and manage project tasks from start to finish.
