Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Travel team Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee two or more crews at client sites. You will plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations, ensure safe working practices, drive efficiency, and document activities for compliance.

This role supports industrial cleaning services across site locations. Travel typically ranges from 2 days to 2 weeks, with potential extended assignments.

Qualifications

• Must wear protective clothing/equipment including Nomex coveralls and helmets.
• Able to work in extreme heat and weather conditions.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, and highly pressurized fluids.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Willingness to travel 2 days to 2 weeks regularly, sometimes up to 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate two or more crews on-site.
• Ensure health and safety policy compliance and documentation.
• Drive operational efficiency and timely paperwork review.
• Train and develop equipment technicians (5% focus).
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain relations.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
