Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Travel team Crew Leader/Foreman to manage multiple crews and coordinate daily operations at customer sites. You will drive safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation while delivering industrial cleaning services.

This role requires travel between 2 days and 2 weeks, with opportunities for growth and development within a safety‑conscious team environment. A valid driver certification and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires wearing protective clothing and PPE (Nomex coveralls, respirators, hard hat)
• Ability to work in extreme climates (high heat, humidity, cold) and challenging conditions
• Exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust and pressurized fluids is possible

Responsibilities

• Manage two or more crews; plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and paperwork is completed timely
• Train and develop equipment technicians (5% focus)
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain relations
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
• Handle additional duties as assigned
