Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an experienced Hydro Field Team Leader to direct safe field execution of generator inspection, repair, and refurbishment projects across North America. You will guide crews, provide technical direction, and act as the primary customer liaison on site.

You will oversee stator/rotor work, testing, and field reporting while ensuring schedule, cost, and quality align with project goals. A strong safety mindset and field leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with hydroelectric generators or large rotating equipment.
• Experience leading field crews and projects.
• Knowledge of generator testing (Megger/IR, PI, Hipot, Doble, EL-CID) and diagnostics.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day field service crews performing hydro generator inspection, repair, maintenance and refurbishment.
• Coordinate field activities, manpower, tooling, and priorities to keep projects moving safely.
• Provide technical leadership during stator/rotor repair, winding work, testing, and reporting.
• Ensure field work meets scope, safety, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Serve as onsite contact between IPS, customers, engineering, and project management.
