TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Hydraulic Technician responsible for reading engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to install, connect, and test hydraulic components for aerial lift units. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and adherence to exact specifications, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable equipment.

The technician will work with the production team to ensure field-ready assemblies, perform start-up procedures, and document test results.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in hydraulic system installation or equivalent technical training.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders and crawling under equipment.
• Experience operating overhead cranes, jacks, and forklifts.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Install all hydraulic components per schematics and drawings.
• Fabricate and install mounting hardware and brackets for hydraulic components.
• Assemble and install hydraulic hoses; ensure fittings meet cleanliness standards.
• Perform system start-up procedures including pressure testing and flow verification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic issues during installation and testing.
• Install related electrical components including 12V wiring and 120/240V connections.
• Maintain compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Document timecards, installation logs, and test results.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes or hydraulic designs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
