Certified Power Inc. in Fridley, MN is seeking an Assembly Technician to follow shop supervision, complete work orders on time, and assemble hydraulic systems for Certified Power products.

This role emphasizes precise assembly, testing, and adherence to ISO work instructions, with a focus on quality parts and safe, clean work habits. The position may involve welding, painting, and general repairs as needed, requiring strong reading of drawings and schematics, the ability to set up hydraulic test

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hydraulics preferred.
• 2–3 years of shop experience.
• Knowledge of fluid power systems (hydraulic) and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to correctly complete assembly requirements.
• Assemble all Certified Power products.
• Set up and operate hydraulic test stands (valves) and pump motors.
• Repair and maintain shop equipment.
• Produce high quality parts and assemblies with low reject rate.
• Follow ISO work instructions and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
