Job summary

FORCE America is seeking an Assembly Technician in Salt Lake City to assemble and test hydraulic systems including valves, pumps, motors, and PTOs. You will follow work instructions using hand and power tools and document transactions in our ERP system.

The role emphasizes accurate assembly, quality testing, and adherence to safety practices while contributing to process improvements and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Detail oriented to provide high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fundamental components in accordance with work instructions using hand and power tools and equipment.
• Test all assembled systems for quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications.
• Maintain system accuracy and record transactions in ERP system.
• Communicate with appropriate parties regarding expedited orders, quality issues, and inventory records.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Participate in process improvements and safety practices.
• Collaborate as a team member to achieve goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
