EnerStaff LLC seeks a Field Service Mechanic to install, startup, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize hydraulic equipment and mechanical systems at customer sites, including refineries and petrochemical plants.

Extensive travel (4–6 months/year, domestic and international) and independent work in demanding environments are required. Shift is 6am–2:30pm with overtime, and travel includes company-paid hotels and a $60 per diem.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely in refinery and petrochemical environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform startup, commissioning, and maintenance of hydraulic equipment and related mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, valves, pumps, actuators, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and customer documentation accurately and timely.
• Work closely with customer personnel to resolve equipment issues and improve system reliability.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance planning.
• Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
