Job summary

Enerstaff, LLC is seeking a Field Service Mechanic to install, startup, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize hydraulic equipment and mechanical systems at customer sites, including refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial facilities. The role requires extensive travel, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in demanding industrial environments.

Pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience expected.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, and maintenance of hydraulic equipment and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose failures and apply corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Complete service reports and customer documentation accurately.
