Job summary

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Nestle - 30000 Bainbridge Road, Solon, OH 44139. Online applications accepted.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–10:30 pm with rotating Saturdays. Janitorial experience in Class A office buildings and manufacturing environments is preferred, and training will be provided. Fixed pay rate is $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience in Class A office buildings and manufacturing environments preferred.
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift team and ensure assigned tasks meet standards.
• Provide training and schedule work rosters.
• Evaluate performance and manage rewards/discipline.
• Prepare reports on quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as point of contact for attendance requests.
• Mentor staff and support career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
