Job summary

Entergy is seeking a WS Program Manager to provide strategic and tactical HR leadership, driving the evolution of HR functions and workforce strategies across the enterprise.

The role advises the business and Workforce Strategies Center of Excellence, developing and executing HR programs aligned to talent and strategy in partnership with Talent Management, Employee Experience, and HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 5+ years HR experience, or 9+ years without degree.
• Experience leading teams or programs and influencing others.
• HR leadership roles, change management, and enterprise program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical HR leadership to drive evolution of Entergy HR.
• Lead development and execution of workforce strategies, talent attraction, and intern programs.
• Own enterprise-scale HR programs with risk management and implementation planning.
• Partner with Talent, Employee Experience, and Talent Acquisition to improve processes.
• Support senior leadership with HR practices, policies, and external landscape awareness.
