• 5+ years of workforce management and strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WFM strategy and policies within SAFe framework.
• Drive IT/businesstransformation with forecasting, scheduling, intraday planning and performance analysis.
• Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, intraday management and real-time performance.
• Coordinate with multiple geographies, vendors, and union/non-union staff to meet service level targets.
