Entergy seeks a WS Program Manager to provide strategic and tactical HR leadership, driving the evolution of Entergy HR. You will lead program execution for talent attraction, hiring, and retention while partnering with HR teams to enhance the employee experience.

Senior advisor to the business with responsibility for complex enterprise-scale HR programs and collaborating across HR and enterprise teams to deliver workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field plus 5+ years HR experience.
• 2+ years leading teams or programs where ability to influence others is shown.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME and consultative approach for Workforce Strategies within HR strategy.
• Expand workforce development programs across service territories and tailor to local needs.
• Redesign and brand a premier intern program to attract top talent.
• Remove barriers to entry in awareness, testing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead strategic HR process improvements to improve employee experience and efficiency.
