Qualifications

• BA/BS plus at least 2 years of experience, or master's degree.
• 4 years of work experience in business or systems process analysis with a non-related degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects from conception through implementation and post go-live support.
• Develop project charters with guidance from sponsors and define objectives.
• Analyze progress and adapt scope, timelines, or resources to safeguard project health.
• Identify resource needs and partner with leadership to secure skilled team members.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
• Maintain regular updates, reporting outcomes, metrics and risks.
• Document business requirements and process maps, bridging technical and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end process change initiatives and modernize operations.
• Support process owners in designing SOPs and training for adoption.
