Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Consultant to support workforce reporting, analytics, and data operations within a People Analytics group in Milwaukee. The role combines collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to deliver insights through dashboards and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, customer focus, and experience with reporting platforms, HR data, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, HR systems, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Workday Reporting experience.
• Workday Prism Analytics experience.
• Strong HR data management experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and data validation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and validate data quality.
• Maintain and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and Prism Analytics solutions.
• Create ad hoc analyses, reporting packages, and data extracts.
• Document reporting processes and business definitions.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and platform specialists on reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and workforce analytics projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
