Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Workers' Compensation Manager to lead end-to-end WC claims, aligning strategies with HR, Risk Management, and Operations. You will manage TPAs, insurers, and medical networks while driving cost containment and timely resolutions.

The role requires 5–7+ years in WC claims, multi-state knowledge, and strong analytics with proficiency in claims systems and Microsoft Office. A hybrid work model is available with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 5–7+ years of WC claims experience in a multi-state environment
• Experience managing TPAs, insurers, legal counsel, and medical providers

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end workers' compensation claims lifecycle
• Liaise with TPAs, insurers, defense counsel, and medical networks
• Review reserve levels, settlements, and litigation plans
• Monitor high-risk or complex cases and support return-to-work programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state WC statutes and reporting
