  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for WC claims management across the organization
  • Partner with Risk Management, HR, Safety, and Operations to analyze injury trends, identify root causes, and recommend loss reduction initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on claims metrics (claim counts, costs, lost time, open inventory, reserves) for leadership
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate WC claims management with disability, leave of absence, and occupational health programs
  • Manage WC‑related financials including reserves, payments, recoveries, and budgeting support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a complex, multi‑location or multi‑state organization (union/non‑union environments a plus)
  • Background in developing and implementing return‑to‑work and transitional duty programs
  • Demonstrated success reducing WC claim costs, improving closure rates, or enhancing overall program performance
  • Additional certifications such asCPCU, WCCA/WCCP, or CSP
  • Experience with data analytics, dashboards, or BI tools for claims reporting and trend analysis
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
